CHILDREN’S DAY - 2009
Children’s Day was celebrated at DBL on Sunday 15 November. The day began with the Morning Assembly and Prayer.
This was followed by a colourful fancy dress competition for junior school boys watched by hundreds of students, parents and friends.
After the fancy dress competition, there was the fete which the students had prepared with the help of their teachers. All enjoyed themselves at the games stalls, food stalls or dancing to the tunes of the latest hits at the music stall.
Approximately 6 thousand persons participated in the daylong event that ended at 01.00 PM. A Big thank you to the teachers, students and parents for making the Children’s Day Celebrations a big success.
