The club weeks provide opportunity to organize inter- class talent contests. The Dramatic club had its club-week from 27^th to 31^st July, ’09. The programmes for the week were announced earlier to all the students. During the morning assembly, some of the club members enlightened us on the history and types of drama.

 A skit competition for the students of classes 6,7 & 8 was organized on 27^th July,’09. Every section participated in groups of 10. The judges congratulated the budding amateurs for their wonderful performance. A debate was organized between classes 11 and 12 on 28^th July,’09. One student from each section took part and the rest of the students of classes 11 &12 had an enriching experience. On 29^th July,’09 the club organized two off-stage events during the lunch break. Some of the members conducted a mobile quiz and gave away the prizes on the spot to every individual who could answer any two questions out of three. And some others conducted a facial expression contest. It was very interesting to witness the best actor from every section   (classes 6 - 12) with a plethora of expressions, in front of the digital camera. On 30^th July,’09, the students of classes 9 and 10 enjoyed watching their classmates taking part in a Dumb Charade competition. The Dramatic club-week came to an end on 31^st July,’09. On that day the present and the past pupils met on the stage to have a fiery debate on “ Old age home is a necessity in India, today.” The club members were grateful to all the judges and the moderator.
